We really know what families need in order to choose the best hotels for their vacations, and we have created a library of destination guides, full of helpful insights and information, that highlight the top properties in fabulous places around the globe. 

Our booking tool grants you our exclusive VIP rates (with the properties’ special amenities programs and perks included, of course!) at four and five-star hotels around the world.

You can book, cancel, and modify these reservations on your own. We'll oversee your bookings, let our contacts at each hotel know you are coming, and inform them of your family's preferences.  We are also available should you need our support!

If you prefer that we handle your hotel bookings, we also offer a second membership level for clients.

We have created two distinct membership options based on years of evaluating our clients’ preferences. 

Many people love researching and planning a vacation on their own and just want to take advantage of our incredible VIP perks and amenities, at no extra cost to them. They like the frequency with which they are upgraded, enjoy the complimentary breakfasts and credits, and know that we are there to support them if there is an issue with their stay. These travelers are perfect for the "you book" membership at $495.00/year. 

Other clients reach out to us because they want us to book their hotel rooms. They often seek connecting rooms, which require our contacting the property directly regarding availability. They often aren't sure where they want to stay, and rely on us to choose the best hotel for them in a destination based on their preferences.  These travelers should select our "we book" membership at $995/year.

Memberships last one year and renew automatically. 

Yes, you can change your membership from the $495 "you book" to the $995 "we book" option. You will be charged $995 on the day that you upgrade and your original $495 membership is refunded and is processed immediately. Your new annual membership starts on the day that you upgrade.

Our hotel booking engine is attached to the industry's largest database of hotels. There are thousands of four and five-star hotels around the world you can book. Each hotel offered includes our VIP amenities with your stay. While each property might tweak this slightly, it is typically a breakfast credit for two adults per day, a resort credit per stay, early check in and late check out based on availability, and you are placed in the highest category for upgrades. 

You can earn hotel loyalty points when booking through our Insider tool, and there is a field to input your loyalty number in the booking process.

No, we cannot assist with hotel bookings paying with points.

Yes, from the booking engine's reservation tab, simply provide the 6-digit code provided in your confirmation email to retrieve or cancel your booking.
