If Disney has always felt like an overwhelming logistical puzzle to you, no worries- that's exactly where I thrive. Let me handle that complexity so you can be fully present for the moments that matter — hotels, park tickets, VIP tours, dining reservations, ground transfers. I provide you with a detailed itinerary that you can pull up on your phone and complete the set up of your Disney app. I also have the experience to ensure that the special needs of your family — mobility, medical, dietary, or otherwise — are accounted for throughout.Â

With our partners from Disney and Four Seasons events, we have arranged the most epic family trips to Disney, private events inside the parks with character meet and greets, Star Wars themed dinners, and many special details to make the family event magical. We’ve arranged welcome gifts, nightly gift drops, celebrations at the Four Season for an unforgettable family experience. Please contact us to share your vision or get inspiration.
For the best availability of special experiences and hard-to-book moments, I recommend planning at least 65 days out, though last minute trips can often work, too.
What Happens on Our Theme Park Planning Call
Let me handle the complexity of your theme park vacation. I love helping families bring the magic and the joy of play into their time away together.Â
The $500 planning fee is paid when you book your appointment, and after confirming your call, you'll be redirected to a detailed theme park planning form. There is a $100 per-person fee for each additional traveler beyond six people.
